Fabrication
Blake Surface Solutions specializes in providing pre-fabricated, cut-to-size surfacing products. We take great care to prepare the shop drawings specifically for each project in accordance with the contract documents as well as other information provided. We fabricate each top to custom specifications in our overseas factory, making installation quick and easy.
Due to the extended lead-time of imported granite it is impossible for comprehensive coordination with field conditions and the work of other trades such as millwork and framing. For this reason, wall-to-wall countertops, full-height tub surrounds and other items are oversized in length in anticipation of field-cutting by installers to accommodate varying finished openings and field conditions. The end product is a flawless fit.
