Our installation staff has year of experience. Their combined knowledge will provide you a finished product that you can be proud of. We are licensed, insured, and bondable. Our field experts receive, inspect, inventory, and install all BSS materials. We will work with your team to insure that we meet project schedule and conditions.

Wade has been installing Granite and Synthetic Marble material on both residential and commercial jobsites for more than twenty-two years. Together with his team, Wade provides excellent on-site customer service. Wade will visit each jobsite approximately one month prior to the requested on site date to verify status, assess product delivery, and set installation schedule. He will establish a relationship with the Site Superintendent, meet with installation crew, identify unloading, staging, storage and cutting areas, assess vertical transportation, substrate suitability for materials installation and other pertinent information.
Wade will visit each jobsite at the time of material delivery to oversee successful unloading, inventory, and filing of freight claims if necessary. He will remain on site until installation is underway and quality is approved by the customer. Wade will monitor crew performance and make adjustments to means and methods, manpower, and other items as required, thereby ensuring quality installation.

Franco has been with BSS for more than 2 years and has completed work on over 50 projects. Franco visits each job site several times throughout the pre-installation, installation and close-out phases of the project to provide one-on-one collaboration with the Project Manager and/or the Site Superintendent. His duties include supervision of BSS installation crews to ensure quality control, field measuring, receiving and inventory of material upon arrival, coordination with the jobsite crews and Project Manager with respect to schedule compliance and finally acquire final approvals and sign-offs for work completed.

Leann works closely with all members of our project management team and installation staff to schedule equipment, assign crews, execute change orders, and communicate status of progress to all team members.
Our crews are personally recruited and overseen by Wade Frye and adhere to established BSS Installation Policies. BSS focuses on developing a number of reliable and professional installation crews who are able to complete all scope areas for which BSS has been contracted on each project: Granite Installation, Synthetic Marble Installation or Millwork Installation. This means one crew for each project so that the GC becomes familiar with just one installation crew on their jobsite. BSS stresses the ability to maintain schedule compliance, the ability to “catch-up” as needed and the resources to “man up” or scale down as needed by the job site.
